When organisations struggle, it’s rarely because people aren’t capable. More often, it’s because roles, processes and decision-making have become blurred over time.

I help organisations create operational clarity, clear accountability, effective governance, and ways of working that support delivery rather than slow it down.

  • Clarifying decision-rights between boards, executives and delivery teams

Performance & Delivery

Strategy and structure only matter if they translate into delivery.

I support organisations to improve performance in a way that is grounded, measurable and sustainable - particularly where delivery has become inconsistent, stretched or overly complex.

This work often sits at the intersection of operations, finance and leadership, and may involve interim support, hands-on advisory input, or both.

​

In practice, this includes:

  • Stabilising delivery during periods of change, growth or transition

  • Identifying where performance is constrained by process, capability or unclear accountability

  • Improving financial and operational grip, including cost control, reporting and decision-making

  • Supporting leadership teams to move from intention to execution

  • Helping organisations regain momentum without creating unnecessary disruption
