Neil Worrall
Hi, I’m Neil. I work with boards, senior leaders and charities when clarity is needed, often at moments of change, uncertainty or transition. With over 25 years’ experience in senior leadership across real estate, professional services and the charity and arts sector, I’ve operated at board and executive level across the UK and Europe.

I’ve run businesses, led large teams, managed risk, and delivered major transformation programmes — not just advised from the sidelines. As a Fellow of both RICS and ACCA, I combine commercial, operational and financial expertise to help organisations make sound decisions, align around what matters most, and move forward with confidence.

Practical Experience
In practice, my work has included leading pan-European service reviews across multiple markets, supporting historic London estates to assess risk and clarify governance, driving operational and digital transformation in major professional services firms, and providing interim leadership during periods of organisational change, recovery or transition.
Board and Trustee Roles
Alongside my commercial work, I hold trustee and board roles including Treasurer and Trustee at Intermission Youth, and Trustee and Audit & Risk Committee member at LionHeart. These roles keep my work grounded in people, purpose and long-term impact.

Today, I work independently as an interim leader, adviser and trustee, bringing calm, proportionate judgement and practical support that clients can rely on in complex or sensitive situations.
